1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EdgeLog ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
EdgeLog is a trading journal platform designed for small-cap momentum traders. The Service provides trade logging, performance analytics, AI-powered coaching, and community features. EdgeLog is a journaling and analysis tool only — it does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services.
3. Not Financial Advice
All content, analysis, AI coaching, and insights provided by EdgeLog are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on EdgeLog constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
4. User Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person may not maintain more than one free account.
5. Subscription and Payment
EdgeLog offers a free tier and a Pro subscription at $15/month or $120/year. Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. User Data
You retain ownership of all trade data you import or enter into EdgeLog. By using the Service you grant EdgeLog a limited license to store and process your data to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal trading data to third parties.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; scrape, copy, or redistribute EdgeLog's features or content; reverse engineer any part of the Service.
8. AI Features
EdgeLog's AI coaching features use the Anthropic API to analyze your trading data. AI-generated analysis is automated and may contain errors. Do not make trading decisions based solely on AI coaching output. AI features are available to Pro subscribers only.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
10. Limitation of Liability
EdgeLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including any trading losses.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
